How can I see your prices?
To view our prices, please register with us. Upon registering, you will receive confirmation email and we'll reach out to chat about your account. If you're already registered, just log in with your username and password.
Minimum Orders:
£350 - £500 ex VAT - £47 carriage charge
£500 and over ex VAT - no carriage
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices are shown exclusive of VAT. The current VAT rate is 20%.
How are your items priced? What is the pack sizes?
Some items have a minimum quantity and must be ordered in multiples of the pack size. Certain products come in individual packs, while others are in a specified pack size on the site. Our goal is to offer small pack sizes.
About My Order
How do I place an order?
As a registered user, you can easily place an order online once you meet the minimum order value. Afterward, expect a confirmation email and our sales team will start processing your order.
What happens if a product I have ordered is not in stock?
If an item is not in stock then we will advise you when it is available again.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will arrange packing and delivery. We aim to deliver your goods within approx 14 days.
I want to amend my order. Can I do this once my order has been placed?
At the moment it is not possible to do this via our website, but please give us a call with your sales order confirmation number and we will try our hardest to update your order as soon as we can.
